Yes! Dr. Awtry offers house calls for a $50 fee within the Newberg/Dundee area, with an additional travel fee for locations outside this region. House calls are available for patients who are too ill to visit the clinic. If you would like to arrange a visit, please reach out to Dr. Awtry directly. Newborn home visits are included at no additional cost as part of our fourth trimester package.

Yes! Starting January 1, 2026, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your Rooted DPC membership.

We offer a free 20-minute meet-and-greet to help answer any questions and ensure that our model is a good fit for you. There is no obligation to join after the meeting, which can be held either virtually or in-person. There are no enrollment fees, only the monthly membership, which you can cancel at any time. If you choose to leave and later wish to rejoin, a $250 re-enrollment fee will apply, and re-enrollment is at Dr. Awtry’s discretion.

Yes! We welcome Medicare patients. However, you will need to sign a one-time waiver stating that neither you nor Dr. Awtry will bill Medicare directly for our services. Medicare will still cover most labs, imaging, and medications ordered by our office.
